The first teachers website I came across was Ms. Rain, and she is a math teacher at Patrick Henry High School. Entering her website I really didn't find much. She did have an introduction of what she was learning during the summer and couldn't wait to introduce the new things in her classroom. She wanted to let families know that their is always new things to learn in her classroom and that she is an active educator in her field. It doesn't seem like she changes her page often. Maybe one a year. She does give you access to her contact information and some of er links to different math things doesnt work.
The second teachers website I came across was Ms. Hopkins and she teaches Chinese at Patrick Henry High School. Entering her website it is very overwhelming with lots of words. She introduces herself in both languages and has the outline of the school year on it, which also gives parent a look at what their child will be doing in her classroom. She has photos from when she was in China teaching and that lets parent know that she is capable of teaching this language. She has links to the school and her email address.
The third teacher website that I came across was Ms. Berg a teacher at Patrick Henry High School and she has outlined what she is expecting in her class as far as attendance and her policies. she also has a syllabus of what the year will outline and that is very helpful for parents to see if their child is behind. She updates maybe twice a year and she keeps her website up to date on important things. She does have a link to her mapping schedule and her email

Social Media
This articles is about a student who made threats to an high school. Threats are very serious and for students to threats the school body is ridiculous. That student is either depressed or going through things and really needs serious help. It is never ok to threaten peoples lives on social media and not get exposed.Social Media

Pro/Con Article
This article is about the bros and cons of technology in education and how it can be rewarding like learning new things and techniques on a computer and how is can be distracting like not paying attention and doing other things. I liked this because it real and I've experienced how technology can be both good and bad.

Rethinking education chapter 3
Its very good that students and teachers are becoming more excited about technology in education. Its des bring some aspect of achieving more using technology. A change in curriculum affects not only the teacher's classroom, but their peer's, the grading system used, the technology purchases. In a way that can be true because if a teacher is so use to following what they know and then have to change due to new technology can be upsetting at times.

Rethinking Eduction
Reading this I really thought that the ideas and arguments that they came up with was not necessarily true. Yes the world is always changing in how people think and communicate but you don't have to change the way school has been going just because of the point they made. I believe its always good to add new things to school to get students better prepared for the real world. The way we communicate is changing. We are moving from "communities of place" to "communities of interest." At the end of the day technology is becoming more and more popular and schools will become more and more advanced in technology. Putting students in situations where computer tools are necessary to solve complex problems will kick start schools to change basic instructional practices.

Technology Integration Reaction
It is great that we are getting to a point where we can teach students through technology rather than a textbook. When I was watching this video I saw that elementary students are great at learning through the computers and they seem to have more fun doing it. I wish they had us doing more things like that in the video when I was in school, because I would of loved some of my classes more.
